The last and final pillar towards being healthy is our lifestyle. We must get a method of doing daily exercises of which they don’t have to be vigorous necessarily. We also need to lower our intake of carcinogens, toxins, and any other toxic chemicals that will compromise the integrity of our immune system and body.
