Obesity also has been known to lead to cardiovascular infections such as heart attacks and strokes.

It is expected of individuals to register for the various activities at the gym to cure their condition. We can lose our weight fast by checking on diet. We should refrain from taking foods with excess fat such as meat and eggs.
